Lovely apartment in the center of Pavia

In a period building, cozy and functional, the apartment is in the center of Pavia, a stone's throw from the Duomo, and accommodates up to 2 people On the second and top floor of one of the most prestigious historic buildings in the city. Elevator to the first floor. The apartment is elegant and comfortable. It accommodates up to 2 people. Not suitable for people with mobility problems. We are close to the cathedral, the university, Piazza della Vittoria, in a pedestrian area, close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. Easy access with car and public transports. Free and paid for street parking. Within short walking distance to the city centre. Bright and generously sized spaces. Local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Please Note: the building is currently undergoing renovation ONLY on the outside so a scaffolding has been mounted. Moderate noise can occur from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and Saturday morning.

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests.
