Lovely apartment in the center of Pavia

In a period building, cozy and functional, the apartment is in the center of Pavia, a stone's throw from the Duomo, and accommodates up to 2 people On the second and top floor of one of the most prestigious historic buildings in the city. Elevator to the first floor. The apartment is elegant and comfortable. It accommodates up to 2 people. Not suitable for people with mobility problems. We are close to the cathedral, the university, Piazza della Vittoria, in a pedestrian area, close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. A typical "ringhiera" house, located in a quiet and peaceful courtyard in the oldest part of the city, a stone's throw from the presumed Palace of the Lombard King Alboin, the famous Basilica of San Michele, the most important monuments, restaurants and shops. Along the Ticino River, which flows 200 meters away, you can park in public paid parking spaces. The train station can be reached in about 15/20 minutes on foot.

Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests.
