The apartment is a short distance from the Travel Centre (450m), downtown services (450m) and the exhibition centre (Pavilion, 800m). You can also enjoy the proximity of nature to the beach of Tourujoki, which is only 150m away. Sepän shopping center is also just a 7-minute drive away. The apartment has its own parking space with a heating post. In addition, parking on the street on weekdays with a parking disc for 2 hours from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and free at other times.

The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

Fully renovated cozy 30m2 apartment in Kuokkala. Sleeping arrangements with alcoves in a double bed for two and a sofa bed in the living room for two. The quiet apartment with a balcony on the fifth floor is located on the courtyard side, but right behind the house you will find grocery stores, restaurants, a pharmacy, a masseur, etc. 2 km to the city center, 1.2 km to the harbor.
