The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

An exclusive private charming home totally restored located in an historical building in the oldest part downtown. Bologna Boutique Home is a large, warm and comfortable relais of 80 square meters developed on 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms, and related private bathrooms one double room and one with 2 twin beds easily convertible in king size bed, ultra modern kitchen and large living room with 55’ Digital TV.
