I have an apartment of about 80 sqm here. The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The other rooms on the 1st floor. Next to the entrance, a terrace is available for your own use. Parking space on closed grounds would also be available. The property is centrally located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. All destinations can be reached in about 30 minutes. We also have a swimming lake in our place. Shopping facilities are on site.
