The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, where an extra bed is possible in the larger one. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace invites you to sit comfortably and barbecue. The apartment is located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. All beaches are within half an hour. If you are looking for a bit of peace and relaxation, you are in the right place with me.

Die Ostsee ist in 14 km jederzeit erreichbar (Pool im Sommer!), Wald und Wiesen auf der Kühlung - der Jakobsweg führt durchs Dorf und der Wanderweg startet vor der Tür. Die Rehe springen am Rand der Pferde-Koppel und wer genau schaut, sieht den Fuchs und je nach Jahreszeit die Wildgänse, Störche oder Kraniche über den Hof fliegen und der Hahn kräht (!). Enjoy peace and relaxation in this wooden house on Lake Großer Wariner! Nestled in a beautiful garden, the house welcomes you. An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Modern semi-detached house near the city of Rostock

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The apartment has a hallway, a kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with large double bed, sofa and TV. In our beautiful garden, you are welcome to choose a place to linger.
