Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. We have lovingly and ecologically renovated our construction trailer, trying to preserve the old. There is a large bed (2.50 m x 2.00 m), a wood-burning stove that makes it cozy and warm, a gas stove, an outdoor shower that is turned off in frost and a compost toilet. You are in the middle of our small farm in a single location with an organic shop. Train station - Sandhagen (Rostock-Wismar) in 700 m as the crow flies. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Otherwise, by bus and train.

The Baltic Sea can be reached in 14 km, forest and meadows on the cooling system - the Way of St. James leads through the village and the hiking trail starts in front of the door. The deer jump at the edge of the horse paddock and if you look closely, you can see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese or cranes flying over the farm. I have an apartment with 64 square meters of living space here. It's all on the ground, so it's also age-appropriate. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, where an extra bed is possible in the larger one. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace invites you to sit comfortably and barbecue. The apartment is located between the Baltic Sea baths Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. All the beaches can be reached in half an hour. If you are looking for a bit of peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax is charged, this is €2/person in the high season and 1€/person in the low season. Fee per pet/night €10
