During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Welcome to our farm in Jürgenshagen. In the middle of our village you can enjoy the rural atmosphere. Our small and newly renovated apartment in the attic can be reached via a shared staircase. The apartment has a hallway, a kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with large double bed, sofa and TV. In our beautiful garden, you are welcome to choose a place to linger.
