The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. You can fish or swim from the jetty or the boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
