The apartment is located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. All beaches are within half an hour. Die Ostsee ist in 14 km jederzeit erreichbar (Pool im Sommer!), Wald und Wiesen auf der Kühlung - der Jakobsweg führt durchs Dorf und der Wanderweg startet vor der Tür. Die Rehe springen am Rand der Pferde-Koppel und wer genau schaut, sieht den Fuchs und je nach Jahreszeit die Wildgänse, Störche oder Kraniche über den Hof fliegen und der Hahn kräht (!). Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

You are located in the northeast of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, directly and only 15 minutes' walk from the Warnow, 10-15 minutes' drive from Warnemünde beach. The Baltic Sea beach in Markgrafenheide, Hohe Düne or Graal Müritz can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car without problems. The city center can also be reached in about 10 minutes via the highway (A19) and federal highway (B105). Shopping facilities can be reached in just 5 minutes by car from the apartment.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

Modern semi-detached house near the city of Rostock

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Rudi's Kate Sauna – Riding facility – Guest boxes - Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast The cozy and very individually furnished house can accommodate 6 people on 115 square meters. Separately, the former hen house is available for 2 people. A sauna house, covered outdoor terraces and the garden offer everything for a relaxing family vacation. In the village is our small equestrian facility with guest boxes, hall and illuminated riding arena.

Welcome to our farm in Jürgenshagen. In the middle of our village you can enjoy the rural atmosphere. Our small and newly renovated apartment in the attic can be reached via a shared staircase. The apartment has a hallway, a kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with large double bed, sofa and TV. In our beautiful garden, you are welcome to choose a place to linger.
