It enjoys continuous sun exposure throughout the day and the view needs no comment: it is simply breathtaking. Alba e Tramonto is immersed in nature, surrounded by a nice garden with olives and cypresses trees. Located 5 minutes by car from the historic centre, it is the ideal place for lovers of nature and tranquillity.

The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Located near the town of Lierna, the natural house is a cottage framed in a flowery garden directly overlooking the lake. You can sunbathe, swim in the clear waters of the lake and relax in the small private sauna. It will be amazing to have dinner on the lake at sunset after a swim or a sauna. Beautiful lake view, free parking in the garage and private garden, fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the garage. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, you will be asked for documents for registration. Additional costs are 1.50 euros per person in cash only. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with disabilities) (It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the garage of the apartment without asking for additional costs)

Lakeviewcabin - Studio With Lake View

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
