It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

The apartment is located in Rifredi 15 -20 minutes from downtown. In front of the house bus stop, 5 minutes Tram line T1, and 5 minutes Rifredi train station. A 5-minute walk to Careggi Hospital and Morgagni District University and a 15-minute walk to Mayer Children's Hospital and Novoli District University. Parking for cars in the area is always located. We are located in a quiet area but close to the center. Great for medium short stays to visit the city, but also for work or health.
