Perfect to reach Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo and Camogli (10 min. by car), Portofino and Cinque Terre, and then, relax in a cosy and quiet place, where you can soak into the local atmophere. If you like hiking, you will enjoy the panoramic trails in the Portofino National Park, reachable on foot from the apartment.

Apartment located on the first floor, finely furnished, one minute from the sea and the center of Santa Margherita Ligure. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a single bed, from the entrance we then have the living room with sofa bed available and kitchen complete with gas stove, oven, kitchen utensils, refrigerator and freezer, glasses, cutlery and welcome prosecco! There is also a small laundry room with washing machine and a bathroom with shower cubicle.

Overlooking a beautiful beach in a typical Genoese palace is this small and refined attic completely renovated with bathroom and kitchen just finished and finely furnished with a breathtaking view of the bay of Santa Margherita and Portofino which is just 3 km away. HOUSE WITHOUT ELEVATOR WITH 4 FLIGHTS of STAIRS ONE PO TIRING plus one but compensated by a unique view! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LARGE SUITCASES for both the staircase and the small space of the attic.

Nice apartment in a two-family house with new furnishings two minutes walk from the pedestrian center of Santa Margherita Ligure and five minutes from the beach. Second floor without elevator. Air conditioning present in all the rooms. Fast Wi-Fi. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with small perch, living room with equipped kitchen with sofa bed and possibility of an additional bed.
