We think our space is great for couples, surfers, singles, business people and adventurers alike. We are situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so you can also enjoy just to kick back and relax.

WEST ROOM 2 provides a queen bed and large walk in shower, while EAST ROOM 1 (separately listed) providing a king bed and bath. A 5 minute walk to Thirroul Beach, Local Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels and the renowned Anita’s Theatre.

Comfortably sleeping 8 guests with gorgeous ocean views from both levels, you need only cross the road to hit the sand, surf and coastal cycle path or amble a few minutes to the local cafe, kids playground and ocean pool. With two generous living areas and lots of cosy nooks, there is plenty of space for the family to spread out and soak up the sunshine and views.

Bulli Beach House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with spectacular ocean views. Please note there is currently a new house being constructed on the northern boundary of my property. The construction work hours are from 0700 to 1600 Monday to Friday. There may also be some work conducted on Saturdays. This construction does not interfere with the beautiful view of the Ocean directly across the road.
