Built in 1600, this old water mill was fully restored four years ago, maintaining its rustic charm. It is surrounded by nature and offers the ideal break from the hassles of city life, be it with friends, family or just by yourself. Latest internet tech makes it a perfect working 'staycation'. It boasts a shaded 'al fresco' area at the rear, a sun drenched garden in the front, and is set in a small hamlet with ancient cobbled traffic-less roads. Natural river pools at the bottom of the garden.

Starting point for excursions and a base for relaxation, it is about 1 km from the train station. Quiet and with a wonderful view. The Guest House is on a private property with parking and a large garden. A crib and other accessories for children and infants are available upon request. Located in a small village with amenities and shops.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

Easily reachable by train as the accommodation is close to Villetta San Romano train station. On foot for those who travel along Via Vandelli. Ideal for groups or families who want to participate in local events such as concerts at the Fortress of Mont'Alfonso or nearby such as Lucca Comics & Games.

The appartment is a bilocal with bathroom (shower/hydromassage), kitchen and a comfortable bedroom fitted with double-size bed and two single beds. The appartment is surraunded by a beautiful garden with a gazebo, a wood oven and a barbecue. Disabled people are wellcome.
