One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Waidacherhof-See is located in Prags/Braies in South Tyrol. Natural materials, rustic old wood, contrasting stone, cozy felt and loden are among the main components of the apartment. Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. They occupy the entire first floor, their landlord lives on the second. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, and there is a bus service to Brunico every 30 minutes. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.
