The Hütte am Wald is a log cabin which, thanks to solid wood construction, creates a super pleasant indoor climate and, in addition to a pretty interior, also offers all comforts with a private sauna, fireplace and great amenities for all ages. Located on the sunny edge of the forest not far from Lake Fuschl, the Hütte am Wald offers a large garden with a private terrace, outdoor dining table and sun loungers. Great Location: Salzburg’s city center is just a 25-minute drive, and Hallein is only 5 minutes away. Free train and bus connections are excellent. Ideal for sightseeing, hiking, and swimming in the lakes!

Large, well-equipped 138 m² 6-room apartment in a 600-year-old old town house, right in the old town of Salzburg. On the 3rd floor there are 3 bedrooms, the bathroom with toilet and washer-dryer, on the 4th floor the well-equipped kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed, dining area. The apartment is newly equipped, but does NOT offer an elevator. Check-in between 4 pm and 6 pm, in exceptional cases 6 pm to 8 pm, for a fee of €20 until 11 pm. We do not accept arrivals after 11 pm!

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Stylish/modern rooftop apartment in Salzburg in the middle of the historic old town. Our newly built in 2018 furnished apartment of approx. 28 m² has a living/bedroom with a small kitchen and dining area as well as a private bathroom with a shower. The double bed has a size of 180 × 200 cm. Surrounded by various restaurants and the most famous sights of Salzburg, it offers an ideal location to explore Salzburg.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
