Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best.

You relax in the middle of nature, and have a wonderful view over the meadows and forests, sometimes up to the mountains. In the sauna and hot pot you can recover from everyday stress. We attach great importance to sustainability, the wood comes from our own forest and we get the energy from our PV system. Heating is CO2 neutral with district heating from our own wood chips
