Our cottage, located in Percy-en-Normandie, offers in a wooded and enclosed park, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds as well as a Queen size mattress on the mezzanine. The mezzanine is open to living room. The accommodation is suitable for 4/5 people (35 m2) We live in a house facing the accommodation. The grounds are completely enclosed. The indoor pool (10m x 5 dome) is accessible and heated from mid April to the end of September only. The pool is covered with an XXL shelter wifi + Netflix

Character residence entirely at your disposal as well as the 3000 m2 garden, with 6 bedrooms, outdoor spa 6p usable in all seasons as heated to 36°, with very nice view of the countryside not overlooked, cathedral lounge, large screen cinema, billiards room and foosball, in a very quiet environment and 15 km from the sea. Ideal for family vacations in summer and winter. 3000 m2 garden, bicycles, unheated above-ground pool, ping pong table and many games available.

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Le Bain de Mer, 1950s decor, unusual studio

The studio "Le bain de mer" is an unusual housing in retro style of the 50s, It was completely renovated with care in 2022 to recreate the atmosphere and atmosphere of the time. You'll get a chance to immerse yourself in the glorious history of the sea baths. It was a thriving time for Saint-Pair-sur-Mer, thanks in part to the arrival of the Paris-Granville train, which led to the development of hotels and also exceptional villas that still exist.
