We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Beautiful 95 m2 chalet completely renovated 7 metres from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from ski resorts. As a backdrop, you'll have a stunning panoramic view of the lake. You can enjoy the lake throughout the day for swimming, paddleboarding or canoeing (two paddleboards and a canoe on site), or a game of petanque (court on site). The sauna is not yet functional!
