The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Magalie and Stéphane will be delighted to welcome you to their new cottage located in Barneville-Plage, 300 m from the beach. We have completely renovated it, giving it a contemporary style. The Skiff rises on the dune, surrounded by a pretty private, wooded and fenced plot. The house is extremely bright, with several terraces. Guests can enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi spa overlooking the garden. A real pleasure to alternate sea bathing and relaxation massage in the spa.

It is ideally located 200m from the sea, it is a real joy to enjoy Barneville Plage and its surroundings. Our fully renovated home is on the second floor without an elevator.
