NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

In 1900 the main house of the villa was built by the Countess Reitzenstein. In 1999 the house was completely renovated and since May 1999 we have been living in the Villa Reitzenstein. We offer a 5 room apartment with 2 bathrooms and kitchen, consisting of a living room with dining area, TV and sofa bed, 1 kitchen, 3 single rooms with 2 single beds each and a large room with 3 single beds. Dogs are prohibited. On the grounds, our dogs roam freely.
