Close to the highway to Slovenia and Croatia. N. Rocco Stadium is nearby, a short walk from the bike path to the center and Val Rosandra, bars, pizzerias, and supermarkets. The accommodation has a bedroom with two single beds that are close together, but can also be separated. Wi-Fi access. Living area with coffee machine, electric hob, microwave and fridge.

Includes heating/cooling system, 80 liters hot water boiler, small fridge +freezer, electric oven, induction cook top, multifunction microwave,smartTv no netfix/aerial, dishwasher, washmachine. 17 minutes walk from Viale XX Settembre and 23 minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia, well connected by buses, this house is a good location to explore the beauties of Trieste. For curious/respectful travellers. No car parking.

Crossing the historic Teresian streets you reach Piazza Unità in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Giusto, the Astronomical Observatory and the J.J. Winkelmann Civic Museum of Antiquities. Public parking is free in the district

It has been our home for a long time and when we had to move in, we renovated and restored it with care, adapting it to the needs of future guests.
