Recreational cottage at the top of the bay on the Orlická dam near the village of Nevězice. The ideal place for fishing, hiking, mushrooming and relaxing in the peaceful countryside. On the property there is a fireplace, barbecue, garden furniture and canoes with paddles. On the lower floor of the cottage there is a toilet, a bathroom, a dining room with a living room and a fireplace with access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the dam. Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.
