A ladder leads from the kitchen to a duplex open bedroom with two futun beds. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. In the dining room there is a large wooden table where you can play board games.

Cozy studio in a family house in Nuzice u Bechyně. With a private entrance directly from the street, you can get to your kingdom with a comfortable bed (180cm), a sofa bed (120cm) that can be used as an additional place to sleep. You can spend a long time with O2 TV or playing board games. The window is into the road, but we have high quality windows, so if you don't have hearing as a lynx, you'll sleep in peace even if there's an outdoor concert in the pub opposite. Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.
