Recreational cottage at the top of the bay on the Orlická dam near the village of Nevězice. The ideal place for fishing, hiking, mushrooming and relaxing in the peaceful countryside. On the property there is a fireplace, barbecue, garden furniture and canoes with paddles. On the lower floor of the cottage there is a toilet, a bathroom, a dining room with a living room and a fireplace with access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the dam. In the attic there is a room and a bedroom with a balcony. Orlík Castle, Zvíkov Castle and Žďákovský Bridge are in the immediate vicinity.

We would like to welcome you to the historic seat in the village of Smědeč, whose oldest preserved written mention dates back to 1445 and which stands just a few meters from the medieval Linecka trail. Today, we are grateful for the many beautiful monuments in this region of the Bohemian Mountains. The village of Smodeč was founded in 1310 and today only a few historical houses have been preserved, including a place to stay and enjoy the feeling of ancient times, memories and stories that have long passed.

Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.
