1, we came from the Cinque Terre, it is already more than 1 o'clock in the morning. The landlord Weronika also personally opened the door for us and took us to the room, which was great. 2, the room is very clean, large windows, great sea view. The entire Villa is large. 3, the yard can be parked, very convenient. 4, the landlord Weronika helped us wash the clothes and dry, as long as 10 euros, very good.

Beautiful place, the lush garden that thanks to the large windows, enters the house. Neat decoration, which gives a cozy nest at home. Sergia was very caring for us, always attentive and friendly. A real paradise on earth!

We had a wonderful week in Ospedaletti at Sergia‘s place. Sergia is incredibly attentive and generous - she would go out of her way to make it the perfect stay for us. We had fresh fruit from her lovely garden everyday. Sergia is also an excellent cook and loves to share her delicious food. The apartment is exactly as pictured, very tastefully furnished and decorated, with love and attention to details. There are ample opportunities to sit outside - on the apartments own small terrace or around the house in the wonderful garden. Sergia‘s place is also very conveniently located, a some ten minutes walk away from the beach. We can highly recommend this place, it has truly been an exceptional stay, with a perfect host. The views from Enrico’s apartment are fantastic. Enrico was the perfect host and went out of his way to help us. The wake-up experience is much higher than that when booking! Real Italian apartments with history. It is absolutely clean and comfortable. We rested as a big family with young children, and everyone found a corner in this apartment. I would especially like to note the large terraces on each floor from each room. The view from them is just a BOMB! The apartment is located in the condominium, where there is a playground and two swimming pools, one of which is with a diving board (where we spent half of our stay). The second is for children. A sufficient number of parking spaces. But the most important and memorable holiday in Italy in these apartments is the real hospitality of the Italian family (Enrique and his mother Anna). They solved any of our questions and made our stay comfortable and safe. Thanks again to Enrique and his family for the warm welcome and helpfulness !!

Gianni's place is a home away from home. Clean, comfortable and central - it offers everything a traveler needs... and more. I loved the little balcony with sea views and the park across the road. I also loved the little local restaurant downstairs where they made scrumptious pasta , and served you while you sat at your table in the park. Gianni responded almost immediately to any queries and he and Anna are warm, kind people who do everything to make you feel happy and at home.

Giovanna's apartment is an oasis: functional, clean and very close to the sea that can be seen from the lovely terrace. We will definitely be back!

Giovanna's a lovely host and went out of her way to help us. She even asked a friend of her's to come by for check-in to translate all the details and make sure we understood everything. Also her husband prepared a sheet full of ideas and tips about what to do in the area. Lovely! The appartment is right across the street from the path that leads down to the sea, great loaction! I recommend arriving by car as it is a bit outside of the town center. We never had a problem with parking close to the appartment, it's really ideal.

We only stayed one night at this place but we wished we could stayed longer. Giovanna's housband prepared us written information about the district which sounded really interesting. We had everything we needed for cooking our evening meal and eating breakfast in the morning. The place is very appropriate for families. Our baby is still crawling which makes it very important the floor is clean. This is the only reason I rated cleanliness less than perfect. Overall a great stay!

I had a very pleasant stay in the apartment Sonja and Marina - it's a small nest cozy with breathtaking views of Ospedaletti Bay, which you can enjoy listening to the birds singing. Indeed, in this village overlooking Sanremo, reigns a calm and pleasant atmosphere thanks to the good manners of its inhabitants. Just take a few steps to find yourself in the central square to enjoy the excitement that reigns on the terraces of these bars and restaurants. In the apartment itself, you will find all the necessary equipment to feel comfortable - I particularly enjoyed the small touches of attention when I arrived (a flowering plant, supplies for breakfast ...) as well as the variety of cooking utensils. Sonja and Marina provide their guests with useful information on places to visit in the area and a binder with practical information on housing, which is very useful. But what made my stay special was Sonja's warm welcome, which made me feel like a friend. The communication was very easy throughout the preparation of my stay as well as during its course. We even found one evening to go to eat pizzas because Sonja very kindly wanted to give me the opportunity to practice my beginner's Italian. What's more, guests like Sonja and her mom make Airbnb stays truly unique! Thank you again for everything!

What a panoramic view, we have enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the beautiful apartment. Everything as described, for us in winter time the noise of the street was not such a big issue. We would come back any time.....

We spent a week with our children in the wonderful apartment with a fantastic view of the sea of Giorgia! The apartment was clean, lovely and nicely decorated and includes everything you need! Particularly noteworthy are the large fridge, the washing machine, clothes horse with clothespins and enough laundry !!! A really wonderful apartment with a great hostess! And the car is on the property, locked with a gate. We felt very well and recovered wonderfully - a thousand thanks to Giorgia !!

We spent a wonderful week at Bibi Home and enjoyed the great view and ideal location. So Ospedaletti was easy to reach on foot. The accommodation is recommended without restrictions.

Domenico and Serena's house is located just after the Sanremo exit, in an excellent position to reach the center and with a remarkable view. Excellent welcome reserved as well as availability in case of need during your stay. The house is large and comfortable, with all basic necessities

Very welcoming and friendly house. The hosts, Nico and Serena, are extremely kind, they seek to fulfill any request as quickly as possible. It was nice to sit at a table under a canopy of grapes and wisteria, breathing in the scent of lavender ... The only negative was to go to the beach for 10-15 minutes, you could not do without a car, as well as to supermarkets and to the center of San Remo.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Nico and Serena took great care of us, still left enough privacy. They went the extra mile to provide us what we needed, they bought a new cot for our baby and helped everywhere they could. Great hosts.

This is the most suitable place for a family vacation! We stayed 10 days and every morning Domenico and Serena greeted us with smiles. The apartment is really beautiful and has something special: you have the feeling to be in quite an original place. The garden is gorgeous. The location is very well situated (except a road not far away a bit noisy) in a wonderful region. It's easy to go to the beaches, to visit villages both on the shore and in the mountain, and the small village situated 10 minutes away walking has restaurants and is really nice. The host, who live upstairs, are very hospitable and quite interesting persons, and the stay is also a human experience. We had a great time there.

Nico and Serenas House is about 100 years old and we loved it there! If you want to feel like an old lord, count or king, this is the place for you! The view is the best i‘ve ever had in an air bnb and the garden is beautiful. Nico even gave us fresh fruits from it...so delicious. They gave us good recommendations and responded very fast. I fully recommend staying at their villa.

The cottage of Patrizio is delicious, exactly the same as the description and the images of the announcement. It is a long way from the sea, but the climb to reach its destination presents a spectacular panorama, which surprises every time you go up. To welcome us there was his father, Mr Flaviano, who is a very pleasant person, friendly and always kind. The mattress and the pillows are very comfortable so you could rest very well and have a great vacation thanks to the climate and the quiet of this place.

If you are looking for peace, that is right here. The bungalow is located next to the host's house outside the town. A scooter / car is essential. Patrizio is a great host and helps wherever he can. The bungalow is clean and inviting.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Marcello’s gorgeous place. He is one of the most thoughtful hosts we’ve encountered - he was accessible and quick to respond at any time, he made checking in and out a breeze, and he went far beyond most with the amenities provided, including toiletries, Netflix, reading materials, basics like coffee and milk, but also a plethora of other snacks, drinks and breakfast foods. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully lit and decorated, and so cozy. We slept so well and we didn’t want to leave! The small principality of Seborga is enchanting and very atmospheric, and we had an excellent dinner at one of the restaurants Marcello suggested. Overall, we were very glad to have gone a little bit out of our way to take the time to experience this wonderful bit of Italy!

Fantastic place, perfect for 4 people with two large and well decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open and equipped kitchen, a nice living room, and a large balcony with great views of the mountain.! We didn't expect so much when we booked with such a good price! We were suprised a few times, firstly when we found two instruction papers on the table, one of which is in Chinese!!! That's reaaaalllly nice! We were greatly touched by that!! Secondly when we found what Marcello has prepared in the cupboard and fridge. Then when we found the USB chargers available right beside the bed!!(We four people only take one switch plug during this travel, not enough at all for us charging phones at the same time! That's really killing us! USB chargers Marcello put there saved us!) Simply perfect! We all love it! Definitely come back next time if come to Seborga again!!

Marcello is a perfect host. He replies very quickly. And the apartment is truly superb - fantastic design. Modern, light, clean and very practical. 2 large bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. He has even made USB chargers available in each bedroom. The living room and kitchen is also lovely and so well equipped. An excellent selection of coffees, teas and choices for breakfast. And at the entrance to the village it is very well situated with great views of the surrounding mountains. We have no hesitation in coming back and also in recommending this place to our friends!! The house of Marcello has been renovated very recently with taste and competence. It has 2 real rooms with 2 bathrooms, a nice living room / kitchen and a beautiful terrace. It is furnished and equipped with everything you need (even more). Marcello is super friendly and hyper responsive in communications. The village is really special and very well cared for and will catapult you back in time. The only drawback is the distance from the "world"; over 10 km of a winding road take away this corner of paradise from chaos and social life ..... but perhaps this is not at all negative ... Bravo Marcello !!!

Cozy, thoughtful apartment. All new. We were supplied with all necessary and even large amounts of drinking water. For this special thanks! For the purity I would like to put 5 ++++. The apartment is interestingly located: on the square with a beautiful church. Near the restaurant, but very quiet. Close to the sea. To the supermarket too. Ospedaletti is beautiful! The apartment is perfectly equipped, everything you need is there. The location is great, close to the beach. The hosts are nice and always approachable and helpful. We are satisfied.

Excellent apartments, fresh renovation, everything is there, you do not need to buy anything, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary trifles. Just like in the photo. Each room has air conditioning which is very important in the summer months. Wifi with good speed. Upon arrival, we were already waited, everyone showed and told. The location on the square next to the temple, then there are a couple of restaurants, one directly under the windows, cafes, a two-minute walk from a supermarket, and the beach.

It has been 6 lovely days. The weather was mild but appreciable is above all the courtesy and welcome of Gianni and kind consort, always available and extremely friendly. I strongly recommend this location and this accommodation which allows a serenity and a definitely unforgettable period.

We rested with two young children! For us, this apartment was perfect - the sea is near, across the road is a good paid beach. The presence of a dishwasher and washing machine made our stay very comfortable. It was nice to sit with a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony overlooking the sea !!!!!

We wanted to thank Alberto and Grazia for their welcome and availability. The apartment is wonderful, clean and meticulous attention to detail and its strong point is the garden overlooking the sea and where silence reigns especially in this month of August. To add an icing on the cake, from the house you can make beautiful bike rides and the climbs are repaid by fantastic landscapes. We will return again.

The place is very nice with spectacular views, very quiet area. The weather was very warm in September and we spent a lot of time at the terrace. We had a car, it was convenient to park it in the private parking lot and we could easily travel to other cities of Italy, also France, Monaco, as everything is very close. We would definitely come back again!

Great starting point for day trips to Monaco, Nice, Menton, San Remo, ... Alberto as host very friendly and always accessible.

This is a very comfortable apartment with great space and a fantastic view. The outdoor area is amazing. District is quiet and is just a 15-minute walk up the hill from the Beach. Chiara responds quickly and is very easy to communicate with. We will love to come back here once again.

Parking space on site. Ospedaletti is a lovely village with a beautiful boulevard with beach. Especially private beach La Playa 1979 is recommended! Communication with Chiara was fine; our questions were answered immediately via the app. Had a wonderful holiday. Recommended!

Un posto da sogno! If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing spot in Sanremo that's the place! No parking stress, walking distance from grocery shopping, beach and cycling trail. Bikes provided. I had to work on my book in these days and it was so productive!

Sergia and her family have created a little paradise. In the garden we could relax and our dog had a great run. Our daughter (6 months) had a great time in the pool. He was perfect for our needs with the little kid. The accommodation was clean and with lovely details. The bed was very comfortable. And liked it very much that the air conditioning was not right in the bedroom. Through a peephole was still fresh air in the bedroom. It is so quiet that we had to look first, if it is on. Sergia has also provided the equipment according to our needs. So blankets for the dog were available but also a very good travel cot and a chair attachment for the child. Sergia was always approachable for us when it came to tips. She liked to come over with home-made treats, but still made sure that we had our privacy. Sergia and her family have given us through their warmth and personality a great and relaxing holiday.

It was a great stay in Ospedaletti! Sergia was super nice, warmly welcomed and even brought us a small breakfast in the morning and cake or ice cream in the afternoon! The accommodation is clean and the air conditioning is another plus in the summer! We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time!

Sergia and her son are warm and welcoming hosts. The location is close to the town and beach. The unit is romantic and whimsical with a cozy outdoor area. It’s easy to miss the driveway the first time so pay close attention to the map she sends rather than the GPS

Looking for a quieter spot, out of mass tourism, we came across the "Ca de Pria" and immediately fell in love with the little cottage and the garden. Since we wanted to travel with our dog, this was perfect for us! The communication in advance was great, all questions were answered quickly. We booked for two weeks and were not disappointed on our arrival. The house, in the beautiful Ospedaletti is just 15 minutes walk from the beach. Since it is very mountainous and very steep, a car is definitely an advantage. We arrived and were warmly welcomed by Sergia, her son Orso and bitch Gilda. The garden is great, lots of nice seating, an outdoor shower, a small pool and olives and fruit trees. A place to relax and unwind. We were greeted with a wonderfully refreshing mint and a few homemade treats. We booked the lower, slightly smaller cottage with garden and this has everything you need: a small, clean bathroom, a small kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. Even air conditioning and a washing machine. The decor is very romantic, chabby decorated. Really great! Every day I was treated to great delicacies: homemade lasagna, cakes, fish, stuffed vegetables, grappa, lemons or homemade ice cream. (the best ice cream ever !!!!) We were helped with every request, Sergia and Orso even wrote down many things for us, or showed them on Google Maps, so we could find their way. Without these directions we would not have discovered many places, such as "Rocchetta Nervina" or the park in Bordighera where you can go for a walk with your dog. Against mosquitoes the accommodation is super secured by mosquito net, but you should, if you are a mosquito magnet, with a spray or the like equip. But even here we were helped. Mosquito spray and a mosquito-pin had Sergia ready. She also provided us with candles. Sergia and Orso are really great hosts and are very interested in their guests. We had great discussions and were treated like close friends. The bitch Gilda is a treasure and got along great with our bitch. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this place. Sergia’s place is very close to the beach, very restful, with a nice garden and needed amenities. She also has a beautiful dog that kept us company once in a while. The best part about the experience is Sergia herself who is the perfect host and was so sweet. She went out of her way to give us some drink or dessert at the end of the day, and to catch up on what we did that day and tell us stories about the local places. If you want a good Italian hostess, she is it.

Punctual, welcoming, kind and very helpful hosts. We stayed for two weeks in a cozy and clean apartment. Very close to the center and the beach. Considering that we are a family of 4, including 2 small children, it was very convenient to find sheets, towels and crockery in the kitchen (small but very equipped) and, last but not least, to have a private parking space in front of the apartment . Recommended place. To return.

In addition to the fantastic view the equipment of the apartment. Except for a lighter was really everything available, really great. And the very well-kept area with the great pool, which we almost had for ourselves.

The accommodation and equipment was as described. We were particularly pleased the 5min walk to the beach in the water and 2 meters before it was covered with sand. The rest is stone beach. Beautiful view from the terrace! Air conditioning in both bedrooms! Good care during the stay.

The house is beautiful, very tastefully furnished. Available all that can be used for the stay. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes from a rapid duscesa and is very quiet. Very clean water. I would say everything perfect.

We had a truly great stay at Residence Etruria. The apartment was even better than the pictures. Especially the huge terrace on the top of the apartment was so great. We spend all our time out there enjoying the most fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the large refrigerator and freezer, allowing us to buy grocery for many days at a time, and also to buy ice creams for the kids. The swimming pool was very close to the apartment and we used it a lot. Some times we had the pool all to ourselves. The city of Ospedaletti is within walking distance of the apartment - also very nice, if you would like some wine for a dinner by the beach. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful sea view. Terrace in accordance with photos: splendid and spacious. Apartment on 2 floors that allows everyone to have his space. 2 bathrooms with towels included. Air conditioning in the rooms which is essential. Private residence and very well maintained. Perfect home by a lady very available. Clean and large pool. Quiet village with all amenities ... restaurants, shop, market on Wednesday morning ... To do without hesitation!
