We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The Fugger city of Augsburg (26 km), Nördlingen (36 km) and Donauwörth (20 km) are easily accessible by car (B2) and train. The apartment has a separate sleeping area with double bed, a new fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher...), Living area with sofa bed and TV, a new bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi and parking are free.

The flat is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect for switching off and unwinding...

In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Nestled between shady forests and extensive dirt roads, my apartment is a place where modern comfort meets the originality of rural life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers as well as families.
