The apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. In front of the house there is a free parking space. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking excursions to the island's hinterland and the Achterwasser.

Our vacation home is located in Koserow The apartment is on the upper ground floor and has 1 living room, small balcony, 1 sofa bed, 1 bedroom, complete kitchen, shower and tub bath The car parking space is right next to the house. The apartment is about 400 m from the sandy beach and the pier. In a quiet cul-de-sac. Please read more info. Final cleaning €55 and €50 deposit will be paid on site. Bed linen €2.50 and towels €5/person.

Cozy Swedish arbor for adventurers

Attention: no extra bed, 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child! I'm glad to hear you're interested in the Sweden arbor. This property has been lovingly restored. A 50-year-old Russian truck attachment, which is very cozy and is located in the middle of the garden, awaits you. Important: There is no toilet in the arbor. It is about 30 meters away. There is a solar shower in the garden, not for those who prefer warm showers ;)

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). Koserow is located at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom, between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser. There are restaurants, cafes, shopping opportunities and plenty of nature. There are also well-developed cycling and hiking trails for recreational activities. Of course, Koserow also has a beautiful sandy beach. From our vacation home, this can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
