Less than 200 m from the fine Baltic Sea beach, our lovingly furnished 2.5-room old building apartment (62 m²) is located in the typical bathroom style – in the middle of the charming village of Koserow on Usedom. An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment offers optimal space for 4 persons; in addition, a children's travel cot can be provided. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – especially in summer a highlight.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Our half-timbered house is located directly at the Zecherin harbor. We, Martina and Enrico live on the ground floor. Under the thatched roof, with beautiful views of the Peenestrom, we have set up a cozy holiday apartments for our guests. A small pretty garden awaits you outside the door. Few steps away, Enrico's harbor. Originally used by fishermen, he now attracts anglers and nature lovers. **From June to October only possible on Saturday **

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

This luxurious apartment for up to 3 people (incl. Baby/Child) would like to welcome you! A cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large living and cooking area await you, which leaves nothing to be desired with a TV, fireplace and large dining table. The kitchen is equipped for all needs: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a sauna.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
