You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The old and cozy character of the house has been preserved and so this property impresses with its timberwork, the bricks that have largely been preserved and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can find the neighboring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults) for friends and family. + dog).

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
