We stayed with Nancy and her husband while in Indianapolis for GenCon and had a great stay! The room was great (clean, plenty of space, internet access) and we had our own bathroom right next to the room. Nancy and her husband were accommodating to our schedule and we were able to come and go as needed. If coming for GenCon their house is only a 25-30 min drive to the convention center. They provided us with beverages and snacks in the morning which exceeds our expectations when staying with an Airbnb host. We highly recommend staying with Nancy and her husband if you are in the Indy area.

The accommodations were wonderful. I arrived later than I had planned (next time I'll remember the time change!), and Nancy's husband was very gracious and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and cozy, just the right temperature. The bathroom was very clean. They put up a screen for a little added privacy, which I appreciated. And the next morning Nancy's husband put out a wonderful spread for breakfast (which I unfortunately had to turn down since I'm gluten-free). The were excellent hosts, and the house is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place to stay. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Doug and Nancy were extremely welcoming and great hosts. They had brownies for us when we arrived and coffee in the morning. If in the area I would highly recommend considering this as a place to stay.

Nancy and Doug are so sweet and made us feel right at home. We came into town very last minute for the Big Ten Championship and were very accommodating with our schedule (arrival and departure times). She had brownies made for us and offered refreshments. It was very comfortable and clean. They really went above and beyond...I understand why Nancy is a "super host." I would highly recommend this listing to anyone going to the Indianapolis area. You cannot ask for a more kind, generous, & welcoming host than Nancy. I am biking across the country & made my request to stay very last minute. Despite having literally just returned from a vacation, she enthusiastically welcomed me into her home. I instantly felt like one of the family. She provided me with snacks, a warm shower, wifi, & one of the most confortable beds I have ever slept in. She even made time in the morning to print out directions on the best way to bicycle through Indianapolis. I would highly recommend staying with her & plan to do so if I return to the area. Thank you again Nancy for being such an incredible host!

My boyfriend Mark and I were in the area for a family reunion. Nancy's home was wonderful. The bedroom / bathroom were immaculate, the privacy screen worked perfectly, and the bed was comfy! I slept like a champion. The next morning Nancy had coffee and a whole breakfast spread. Thanks for a great stay and a great trip to Indiana!

We loved this place! We were only there for a short time as a stop to sleep on our road trip. Check in was easy! Polly was very easy to communicate with. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The shower had awesome water pressure (my boyfriend said it was life changing haha). The bed was also very comfy! Thanks for a great and comfortable stay Polly.

This was a beautiful clean home! They were very helpful and friendly. We stayed for our 3 yr anniversary and they left us a specially treat for our welcome. It was clean and had plenty of the things anyone Would need. Would definitely stay again!

Jeff and Polly's place was the perfect stop over for me while visiting friends and family. They were attentive with communication, and directions and access to the home was easy. The bed? Amazing comfort! And the shower was awesome, too! This home is in an upscale neighborhood with easy access to Indy. I will definitely return!

Polly's place was great! The mother-in-law suite was very spacious and Polly made sure I was warm enough with an additional heater. She offered a very detailed list of instructions so you didn't have to guess on anything and some great suggestions for the area. The home is in a safe residential area with easy check-in and parking. Nice place to stay!

Polly's place was my very first Air Bnb, and it exceeded my expectations! Polly was always available to communicate when I needed something, and yet wasn't overbearing in the slightest! She was super friendly and very helpful when we used the hot tub. I would highly recommend her place for a stay!

It was perfect! It's about a 15- 20 min east drive to Indy but super close drive to grocery stores and restaurants! As a traveler nurse this is PERFECT!

Chelsea was a very gracious and accommodating host. The house was as advertised and was a very nice home with relatively easy access to the downtown Indianapolis area. There are numerous food and other shops within 2 miles and the neighborhood is very quite and kid friendly. Chelsea greeted us on arrival and went over everything with the house. She has a very friendly personality and she is knowledgeable of the area if you have any questions. I would definitely book with Chelsea again if my travels lead her way.

Erika's listing is completely accurate and her home is just as beautiful as the pictures! She, her husband and dog are delightful, friendly and incredibly accommodating. She is incredibly responsive and attentive-- she has absolutely got you covered. My father, sister and I had a lovely, relaxing stay in this spacious, elegant home. The neighborhood is fantastic too! It is so close to the music center and the house is a very easy distance to boating facilities and downtown Indianapolis. My 60 year old father really enjoyed his first airbnb experience at Erika's. My family wouldn't hesitate to stay again the next time we come to town for the Indy 500!!
