Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.
