A night out in the entertainment district is minutes walk away, access to the city is easy whether it be a quick short walk, bus at the door or even via one of the unique LIME ride share scooters that are readily available - you will find the location ideal for leisure, exploring or a business stay. As for the apartment, the bright and airy comfortable space provides all the comforts of a home away from home. A flat-screen TV in the lounge complete with free access to NETFLIX with another TV in the bedroom/s, a fully self-contained kitchen with a variety of essentials to make your stay comfortable - including a cooktop, microwave, cookware, tupperware and all the essentials. A desk for your laptop and a table and chairs on the balcony for meals is provided as well as a washer and dryer and all complimentary accompaniments to make your stay comfortable. This includes a small stocked pantry with everyday items, tea, coffee and other commonly used items- all free for your use. There is also a fridge and dishwashing facilities.
The bathroom is ideal to rest your tired muscles if you've been out and about exploring. 
The sizeable balcony with amazing views is ideal while you enjoy a refreshing drink to people watch or to enjoy the view. Reverse cycle air conditioning is available as well as a code operated safe for you to store your valuables/passport etc during your stay. Hi-speed unlimited wifi has been installed and complimentary access to NETFLIX is available on the main TV. Other things to note Security. Please be mindful of locking the door upon exiting and leaving the apartment. This also includes the balcony door. 
Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.
 As this apartment is privately owned and managed as an AIRBNB, the hotel reception staff DO NOT respond to any issue in relation to the apartment - please contact me directly if there are any concerns.
All other housekeeping matters will be detailed in the house manual provided to booked guests.

The place is located in Fortitude Valley, Queensland, Australia. Fortitude Valley is a contradiction in itself – raw, yet sophisticated. It is where elegance and style meet grungy and offbeat, and heritage-listed properties proudly stand among contemporary buildings. The Valley, as it is affectionately known, was Australia’s first dedicated entertainment district and continues to be a hive of activity. Live music thrives and international DJs are drawn to the clubs and chic bars. The impressive Chinatown Mall is a hub of exotic Chinese supermarkets and restaurants. The Emporium complex channels a European village feel, James St showcases Australian fashion labels and Brunswick St is home to multicultural dining options. More recently, the Howards Wharf redevelopment at the base of the New Farm cliffs under the story bridge has recently opened. Not only do they offer a free bus shuttle service in the immediate area, a short three minute walk up Martin street will also deliver you to the elevators that take you directly there. If you haven’t been to Brisbane before then this is a must stop destination. 
At your doorstep, you will find a bakery, a chemist, doctors and Woolworths Supermarket, Bottle Shop, Subway Sandwiches with a variety of restaurant options.
  • Great tv and Netflix available. Clean and attention to detail. Great spot in the city and George was very quick to respond to any needs. The bed was a little bouncy and you can feel the movement of the other person if you share it. I’m a little sensitive to that so some people might not notice or mind. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

  • George's place it's fabulous. Literally I was breathtaking from the moment I got there. The lights, the details, the view. You'll be delighted in every step of your staying. The appartment is more spacious and better equipped that I tought just looking the photos. Everything that I need (and some things I didn't even think I need) was there without have to ask and without extra charges. The communication was easy and the place is very well located. Truly hope I can stay there again!

It’s right in town, near basically everything, but also just a few minutes walk from proper supermarkets etc at Petrie Terrace. But best of all is the warm hospitality of the host.   • Celine’s place is a great spot to stay while in Brisbane. The location is great if you like to travel around on foot, everything is close by in the CBD. The bed is comfortable and the AC is lovely. The bathroom is big and clean, and the shower water pressure is excellent. Communicating with Celine was easy and she even shared some lovely brownies she made with us. Celine really made us feel at home. Great chic spot in the city center! I would just add, she has a vegan kitchen so just keep that in mind in case you tend to cook animal by-product when you travel.

    Our Penthouse Studio offers a spacious open plan room, suitable for a single person, couple, family (including babies) and business travellers. Balcony overlooking the fabulous Hinterland views of Brisbane, the entire studio is exclusively yours. ☺ Apartment size: 80m2 Large balcony: with outdoor al fresco dining area. This is an open plan space with the option of a king size bed or 2x single beds. With 2x fold out sofa chair beds available for extra persons at an extra cost. Guests have access to DVD player with DVDs. We also have DVDs suitable for children. For a family with infants and toddlers. I do charge $20 for the use of a Portacot, includes bedsheets and blankets. Please let me know if you wish to have this option so I can set it up prior to your arrival. But if you wish to set up the Portacot yourself and put away, then there is no charge or if your children are sleeping with you. We can set up a play tent upon request. I have a baby bathtub for your convenience. Ceiling fan in lounge space and in bedroom space with remote controls for extra comfort. There are two air conditioners, one in the bedroom area and the other in the kitchen. Kitchenette - stand alone cooktop and stove - microwave - toaster - sandwich maker - jug - coffee plunger - pots, pans, utensils, crockery and more. My building is a hotel/apartment. There is a restaurant at Lobby level, open only for breakfast and serves continental breakfast during weekdays or there is Cafe 63 down the road (3mins walk). Bathroom - bath and hand towels - shampoo & conditioner - body wash - hairdryer. I have a suction grab bar for you to use to assists your balance while entering or exiting the shower. There are no steps in the apartment. Housekeeping is available at an added cost $25. This can be organised during your stay. Extra sheets and towels are available at extra costs.
    The apartment is located at 311 Vulture Street, South Brisbane. Hillcrest Apartment Hotel. We are located next door to Mater Private Hospital, near Queensland Children's Hospital 8mins walk down to the heart of Southbank, cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops Approx 15 - 20mins walk to Art galleries, Queensland Museum, QPAC, the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, State Library of Queensland, The Wheel of Brisbane, GOMA and the Gabba Cricket ground 5mins walk down to the Maritime Museum Ferry Terminal – ride on the free CityHopper to the city or cruise part of the Brisbane River 10 mins to Riverstage, Brisbane and Queensland of Technology University Suncorp Stadium is about 3.7km walk away. If you have pre-purchased tickets to Games or Concerts you can travel on the bus for free to and from the stadium. Mater Hill Station is about 5 mins walk from the apartment. Coming back from the stadium, go down to the Bus station and catch the Eight Miles Plains bus (third bus stop - Mater Hill Station).

    A beautiful private self contained space situated close to all Brisbane has to offer. Shops,restaurants, Roma street bus and train station, central train station are with in 10 min walking distance as is the city. Outstanding location with your own back yard
    The space is your own self comtained area with own access. The location is a 10 minute walk to the city beside Roma Street Parklands and a 20 minute pleasant walk to Suncorp Stadium if your planning to see a concert. We are very close to St Andrews Hospital as a landmark if looking on the map. If coming from the airport catch the air train and disembark at Central Station....walk up little Edward Street and turn left into Leichardt St or catch an uber taxi to Spring Hill around $29.00. However the best option is to pre-book the bus service from Con-x-ion and let the driver know you would like to be dropped off at Summit Apartments on Leichhardt St. The bus stop at the top of the street is where Con-x-ions will drop you off and pick you up to go back to the airport. Walk down the street to number 24 and your here! Cost is 18.00 each way per person which is convenient and less expensive than the train or taxi.     Spring Hil is a great little suburb, it overlooks Brisbane being on the top of a hill. The area has 4 great cafes for breakfast and lunch. Everything is very central and 7/11 / IGA is close by as are restaurants and cafés. There are two swimming pools located in Spring Hill and the area is very safe. There are a lot of international students that stay in this area as we are without the noise of the city and the feel of a funky suburb :) If you're headed to the city it is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town travelling through Roma Street Parkland or straight down the hill to King Georges Square which is a good landmark. If your visiting hospitals, either the Brisbane Private, St Andrews War Memorial or Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital they are all very close. We are also a 20 minute walk to Suncorp Stadium should you be attending a concert or the footy. My partner is a lawyer and Qld supporter and I live the Blues We hope we have given you a bit of an idea about the area and surrounds and hope you'll love Spring Hill as much as we do :)

The apartment itself is great and has a perfect layout and feel to it. It has everything you need and is fantastically located between the CBD and West End.   • It was a hostel near Southbank, so it only took 10 minutes to walk out and coles mart was nearby. The host was in another country and we were late for check-in time so we could change the check-in time a little bit. Not to mention the clean and nice room, but I think you don't have a hair dryer.     My place is a little bit like an oasis away from the hectic City or West End action but yet so close. 10 minute walk and you are on Boundary Street. 5 minutes walk to a Greek and Thai. Of course there is a bottle shop. 5 minutes further you enter the strip of restaurants on Hardgrave Road. There is so much to do and explore around my place. The space is downstairs and you have your own entrance and carport. There is heaps of unlimited parking on the street. There are 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.
    My place is an old Queenslander.
    Iris’s home is located in West End, Queensland, Australia. West End is such a great place to explore, you will just love it!!!

    Located in a leafy suburb the house is homely, located close to the airport, public transport & shops & restaurants.
    The space is far from grand, best suited as a place to rest a weary head. The room is compact, however, you are welcome to use any of the other casual & comfy areas throughout the house. The house is an old Queenslander, with character, some aspects are dated but kept exceptional clean.

    This area is perfect for just an overnight or short stay for guests passing through Brisbane or on their way home by air. With normal traffic conditions it's about 25 minutes by taxi/Uber to the airport. Just note that if you are walking from the station or bus stop, there’s a very steep hill to walk up, not good on a hot day!It’s difficult with a big bag because the footpath also runs out. Just let me know if you are arriving this way and I may be able to pick you up.
    The space is small, but very light filled and has a very private porch directly outside with views of the garden. We do not supply breakfast as such, but there’s a Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, small fridge and kettle. There is also milk, tea , coffee pods and banana bread or a lovely cafe an easy walk away called “Brisbean”. The garden itself is accessible and pleasant to take a walk around with a pond, chicken house and possibly two little friendly, curious Pomeranians to keep you company ! We also welcome your dog if he/she is small and well behaved. They are allowed inside the room as small dogs are usually used to being inside and there is a grass area just outside for them to do their business. We would appreciate it if you picked up the doo doos because others including ourselves also use that area ! The area is fenced so there is no problem with escapees. We keep our dogs separate if you do bring yours, it is just quieter and safer for all .
    Our neighbourhood is quiet, leafy, family and dog friendly, perfect for taking a walk around if you don't mind hills ! There are great views of the city to be had and breezes in the evenings.

  • We had a quiet and relaxing night in Pennys apartment before our departure from Brisbane. The room is small, but has its own charm. The view of the great garden is beautiful. We had breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine and enjoyed the view. Of course we also have to mention Penny's two sweet dogs, who even visited us once. The airport is about 20 minutes away and there are some restaurants nearby. We had delicious Thai food.

It's a full-furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 secured garage park space. It's fully secured with intercom. There is a large living room and an open balcony.
    A very good equipped kitchen with all kinds of Kitchen wares, such as refrigerator, bread toaster, coffee machine, boiling kettle, rice cooker, electrical oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. There's a washing machine, a clothes dryer and a bathtub in the special guest bathroom. Electric iron and table are available. It's close to CBD of Brisbane. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to South Brisbane Parklands and the Goodwill Bridge. Then across the Goodwill Bridge, you will arrive at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and the entrance to the beautiful Botanic Garden. In 10 minutes you can ride a scooter to the St Lucia Campus of University of Queensland or the Kangaroo Point. The Mater Hospital is on the opposite side of the street. So I provide a big discount if you are a staff member or a visitor or related personnel of Mater Hospital. I’m a doctor in Mater Hospital so I’ll leave the apartment for yourself during the working daytime. I can provide an adapter for international travellers. Enjoy it, Please!

My son, small dog and I have a large leafy Queenslander home in Cannon Hill with roomy private self contained accommodation for up to four people downstairs. Cannon Hill is 8kms from city centre. The space has 1 large bedroom with TV (double bed with new mattress topper) with own bathroom and separate toilet and separate secure entrance so you can come and go without any disruptions. Kitchenette/living room connected to outdoor undercover terrace. This room contains a sofa bed or fold out beds for extra guests. The bedroom can also accommodate the single beds if preferred. Insect screens are installed on windows. A very child friendly property, with a secure tall fence all around and a large trampoline available for use. We are only 20 minutes by car / taxi from the airport. Very handy to access both the Sunshine and Gold Coasts on the Gateway Motorway. There is a car rental office just around the corner! TRANSPORT Train: Cannon Hill Station on the Cleveland Line is 700 metres away. Bus: Route 227 to and from City stops around the corner - 50 metres away- all timetables available. Citycat Ferries: stop at Bulimba where there is a bus (Route 232) that comes to near our home. SEE TRANSPORT DETAILS. Airport or train station pick up can be arranged (small charge) if really needed. All timetables available here. Wireless internet available throughout house, and a small library for relaxing. Am working on a reference visitor information resource section but as a Brisbane person, I am able to provide good information regarding Brisbane's attractions. I have been a traveller so have a good understanding of visitor needs and will be delighted to share whatever I have in my head over a cup of coffee (or something more grown up) on the big back deck upstairs. It is simple, clean and contemporary - a good space to relax after a long business day, conference, student stay or visit to Brisbane.There are leafy options for outdoor eating relaxing in the simple undercover area or in the bamboo garden. FACILITIES Modern kitchenette within the living area with: Induction cooktop, microwave, electric frypan and skillet, toaster, electric kettle, flat bed griller (upon request) and refrigerator as well as tea and coffee making facilities, plates, cutlery for simple independent self catering. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 people / children or one adult plus I have another single mattress on floor if preferred. Bedroom is quite a large room. - Tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter and jams will be in fridge to get you started. After that I leave it up to you to purchase your own supplies. - Fresh linen, towels, soaps, shampoo etc. Supplied linen will be changed after one week for longer stays or upon request. - Access to wireless internet as long as use is not in the mega proportions for movie downloads and TV streaming. Only negatives during my stay is that the neighbours tread like elephants (upstairs) most of the time I was there and you can actually hear a fair bit of noise from other tenants through the walls also traffic noise which after one week I got used to it.

And about an 8 minute walk to the bus stop near the school. Fantastic value for money. Oh - and Winston is just beautiful. Just a note to keep in mind that you may not necessarily be the only person staying at Jenny and Macca’s beautiful home. There’s another room rented out for AirBnB which I hadn’t seen when booking. My bedroom door didn’t have a lock on it so I felt a little uneasy knowing a stranger could potentially get in to my belongings during the day while I was gone. I think a lock on the bedroom door would be a great addition - that way there are no worries about someone coming into your room at night, or someone going through your belongings during the day. Overall a great 2 week stay. :)

  • Wow! We had such a great stay at Jenny and Macca’s place! They both made us feel so welcome and comfortable and were quick to respond before we arrived and showed us everything we needed when we got there. The room was lovely and bright with a comfy bed, and the bathroom was perfect. Of course we absolutely loved Winston as well, he was always happy to play and cuddle when we were around. There are lots of bus stops close to the house as well as the train station so it was a great location for us to travel to the city. We can’t thank Jenny and Macca enough for a lovely stay, and we’d definitely book again if we’re back!

  • Apart from the room surpassing all my expectations of being comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious - the room was not the higlight of my stay! Macca, Jen and Winnie were like family friends! We shared meals, they were extraordinarly helpful and offered me rides, we had many wonderful conversations and the whole experience made me feel at ease and I really enjoyed it. I even extended my stay in this beautiful home! In addition, the location is very near public transport which brings you right into the city and in itself it is a lovely residential area.     Part of the attraction of Nudgee Beach is that it is a little hidden gem by the bay yet only 10 minutes from the Airport, Shopping Centres and Restaurants. Brisbane City is only 25 minutes away making it is an awesome place for that getaway or overnight stay. The cottage can sleep up to 4 guests on a queen bed in the bedroom and a double fold out divan in the living area. A continental breakfast pack & fruit juice are included and there is a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and coffee pods
    The 1930s cottage is renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The rear door opens out onto the pool deck and the Morton Bay foreshore is about 120 meters away with no roads to cross. There is also the iconic Pam's cafe (closed Tuesdays) across the road. Great for coffee, burgers and fish and chips and other meals.
    Nudgee Golf Club with its two golf courses is only 4 minutes drive away. There are also many kilometers of bicycle trails in the area. The huge park adjacent has free gas barbecues alongside Morton Bay and a fully covered children play area.

  • It was a lodging where I thought I had rented the whole house, but felt attentive enough to keep the host uncomfortable. The response is also very fast and quiet, so the host stays together, but I stayed in comfort. The night view is also nice and the location is good.

  • This is a shared apartment and the host Chris lives here with you. I made the mistake of thinking it was a private place. However, after spending the week here, I can honestly say that Chris is the perfect host. He is hardly around, keeps the place spotlessly clean and is always working to make your stay better. I was blown away by how great he made my time here. The location is amazing, right next to the cbd and botanical gardens. Would definitely recommend.

  • There is no window in the room, but it is much more comfortable than I thought! And it's really clean. You might feel a little small, but there's room for 30-inch carriers and 21-inch carriers. The best thing is location! I can walk anywhere within 10 minutes. I want to stay again because of my location.

  • Mark is an amazing host! I was living in his house for 11 days to get settled and find a shared flat to live for my exchange semester. He had lots of tips for travelling, good places to be around Brisbane, shopping locations, how to get a bike and so much more. It was really good to have an experienced local like him for my first days in Brisbane. The room and the house is very clean. Everything I needed was there, as described in the listing. Check-in and out was easy and flexible. Communication was great. The dog is very friendly and shy. Highly recommended place to stay if you look for an inexpensive accomodation and want to experience Australian culture.

    We have our own Bali inspired back yard, from the crystal clear salt water pool to the day bed over looking the oasis and why not have a spa while dinner is cooking in the outdoor kitchen. From the modern self contained room with all the modern amenities and air conditioning and kitchenette and your own private court yard.
    We like to think our place is very unique and private we are closely located to so many amazing things, we have enjoyed building our own Bali oasis which lets us relax after a busy week were we can just lay back on the daybed makes us so happy. As guests you now have this oasis to enjoy when you book here as it's very private to the outside world. Your self contained guest house sits at the side of the property with its own entry, and own side entry to the outdoor living area where the oasis waits. In your self contained guest house you have an open plan space with a kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, pots and pans and all kitchen utensils. All Tea, coffee milk are supplied for you. Within it's open plan living space, it has a Queen sized bed a sitting area to just read a book or watch some TV. All bed linen is supplied. Your Luxurious ensuite is private and comes with a spa bath with shower over spa. All towels are supplied as well as shampoo, conditioner and bodywash and other toiletries are supplied.
    The guest house sits at the side of the main property and has its own entry. Westfield North Lakes mall is only a short drive away, and the Deception Bay waterfront is close too. For a fun day out, jump in the car and head for Australia Zoo.

  • We had the most amazing stay at Glen&Rodneys place. The apartment is cozy and well equipped, the backyard with sunshine all day long and a great poolarea is a perfect place to relax and Glen and Rodney are the kindest hosts we've ever met. They were so helpful with everything and always had a smile on their faces. We also made friends with their lovely dog family and cat Buddah. We definitely recommend to stay at this oasis!

  • This is a little oasis. So nice. A real BALI getaway. Gorgeous pool. Loved the big inflatable swan! Lots of thoughtful touches inside too. We were on a stopover on a road trip, but it’s worth making a special trip here for an affordable resort/ retreat experience.
