Great central location with an easy walk to City, SouthBank Parklands, Brisbane river, Cultural Centre, museums and galleries. This studio is located in a secure, well maintained complex. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Although clearly not brand new or in the luxury category, this clean and tidy self contained studio apartment is comfortable and perfectly located.

1BR city apartment close to everything

My unit is close to Brisbane city centre, Roma Street train station and South Bank. The unit is fully self contained with a kitchenette and a queen bed. It is close to the Brisbane convention centre and CBD. For football fans, it's walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. Please note - There is a new building going up, whilst we are excited about this building and what it brings, there is noise between 7am and 5pm. Prices for Jun - Aug have been reduced to reflect this.
