A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

The place is very close to the City, public transport and family-friendly activities. Great central location with an easy walk to City, SouthBank Parklands, Brisbane river, Cultural Centre, museums and galleries. This studio is located in a secure, well maintained complex. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Although clearly not brand new or in the luxury category, this clean and tidy self contained studio apartment is comfortable and perfectly located.
