NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Apartment near city center. It looks bright and very friendly and is mainly booked because of the location, the tasteful, well maintained. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel etc) You can leave the car on the parking lot and on the walking and cycling path in 10 min. walk to the city center. A perfect combination of modern, reduced living in the Tiny House, a beautiful panoramic view of the Salzburg Pre-Alps, 10 minutes by car to 4 different lakes and 20 minutes by car to the Salzburg City Festival. You will embrace the little house and nature around you in your heart - I am sure of that.
