We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jul's place. His communication was excellent, always prompt at answering messages. The apartment is just perfect for 2 people. It is very spacious, nicely decorated and has absolutely everything you need for your stay. It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer in the apartment too, and the balcony was lovely to sit outside for some fresh air (although a little chilly in February). I will say, if you battle to sleep without some sort of air movement, you might get a little hot in the bedroom as we did. The AC is in the lounge and isn't sufficient to cool the entire space. Honestly, one of the nicer Airbnb's I have stayed at around the world.

An absolutely great experience staying in the centre of Antibes. Jul was more than helpful when checking in & was quick to respond when I had a few questions. The photo’s really don’t do it justice & all the small touches that Jul made the effort to go to made the experience all the better. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in Antibes or even Nice/Cannes seriously consider staying here as the apartment is only a short walk to the train station & all local amenities/attractions. You could comfortably fit up to 4 people if needed with an extremely comfy king size bed & a large sofa bed. Well equipped modern kitchen, & very cleanly decorated lounge leading to a healthy sized balcony offering a great view. Mid sized smart tv provided in both the lounge & bedroom with high speed WiFi. Overall, a truly great experience!

This is a perfect location in Antibes, overlooking the covered market. It’s a stone’s throw from the Picasso museum and 5 minutes walk from the beach and marina. You’re in the middle of all the restaurants and bars also. If you’re a light sleeper you may hear them setting up the market each morning and the chatter from local restaurants at night. Ideal for a couple or individual who wants to be bang in the middle of Antibes.

I had quite high expectations after seeing the pictures of the apartment on Airbnb and I was not disappointed! It‘s a lovely place with everything you need for a great vacation. It‘s absolutely in the middle of everything, a short walk takes you anywhere - the sea, the grocery store, the shops. I can highly recommend the coffee place „nomads“ around the corner. Do try some Socca at the market, I missed the chance, mostly because they had the longest queues and I was always on the way to somewhere. Would love to stay again someday!

The apartment was great. Very close to all the local bars and restaurants. And right next to the local fresh market. So with the full kitchen in the apartment you can pop downstairs an buy all you need for a home cooked meal from beautiful fresh produce on your doorstep. Prescillia was a great host. Communication was spot on and attentive. Thank you very much. I would be more than happy to stay there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in January. It was a great experience! The location was great, within walking distance of shops and the main square. It made travelling around the area very easy. The loft was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could need. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of the old town , close to lots of restaurants , shops and 3 beaches but quiet and peaceful at the same time. It is easy to get around on foot , the bus/train station is 15 minutes walk away so access to other towns and villages and airport transfer is easy. We had a great short break for my wife’s 40th bday, couldn’t of hoped for more. The host answered lots of questions to help us along our way! Great location, within the alleyways surrounded by independent coffee/bakeries, little wine bars and art deco shops. A short walk to the beach and old town square.. lots of nice restaurants to choose from! Love to come back with our children and use as a base to travel up the coast to Cannes, Nice etc! 😀

Don’t sleep on booking this space. Thierry was a kind and thoughtful host. The location could not have been better. I was a bit worried the bedroom space would feel cramped, but it was bright and spacious. Antibes was our favorite stay in France!

Great location that seemed no longer than a 5 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Stylish apartment with lots of great art books and a well equipped kitchen. Wouldn't be suitable for the older traveller perhaps as the bedroom is essentially an attic space (although on the same level as the kitchen/bathroom / living space) also doesn't really have standing height. But for sleeping it's great and very cosy, and again, beautifully decorated. Thierry replied to all messages very quickly and accommodated us when we had to check in quite late. A perfect host.

What a diamond! I dont know where to start. This apartment is so amazing on everything you would need as well as down to every little detail. Thierry is a kind, easy-going and helpful host that you can tell has put a lot of time and effort into every single aspect of this apartment. We also got great local advice as well as help with our travel plans. The location couldnt be any better and also noise free. The place was spot clean and stocked with everything you would need and more. The apartment is truly a special one with the to different spaces and decorated beautifully. Great comfy bed, spacious shower, quality A/C and a fantastic cozy balcony! I have to say this is the best airbnb I've seen so far and you get so much value for what the rent is. When we are returning to Antibe we arent going to even search to see what apartments are available, we are definitivly returning to this one!

Superb, this is a place we were sad to leave behind! Everything was perfect. Thierry met us at the door on arrival and departure, gave us some info about the area and a map. Wine, olive oil, salt, pepper etc all left for us. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Big TVs with HDMI in both the living space and the bedroom. It was just so comfortable and cosy. Gorgeous terrace too. A 7 minute walk to Plage la Garette, and you are right in the middle of old town Antibes. If you are looking for a homely, genuine Air BnB experience, this is it. What a lovely place. Thierry was the perfect host. He was very helpful and full of information and suggestions from where to park for free to where to eat to what to see. And the place was clean and quiet for sleeping even though we were in the middle of the old city. Loved the location. Great place to stay to see all of the French Riviera. And traveling by train was great. We parked our car for 3 days and rented bicycles and took the local bus and train.

The flat is clean and artistic designed, Thierry speaks great English and gave me all the good viewpoints advice which made me feel I’m staying too short in Antibes. Locating in center of the town and next to Gare d’antibes made it easy to reach. To Picasso musée 5 minutes walk, next to old town which is calm and médiévale, highly recommend!

Between Antibes and Juan Les Pins, both within walking distance, the apartment is small but well organized, there is space for everything. The outdoor veranda is excellent. Parking on the street without problems in the low season (in summer I don't think), inside for a fee (5 euros per day). I would definitely go back, recommended

The location is in the heart of Antibes, in the centre of the town. It is 10 minute walk from the train/bus station and 4 minutes walk from the port. Everything was perfect, the apartment is very stylish.

Great place to stay in Antibes. Excellent location close to all the shops, restaurants, bars and the old town. 5 min walk to the port. As it’s on the top floor it is quiet and removed from the usual noise that may be found below. Very comfy bed and a warm atmosphere. Do take note that the shower, toilet and bed are all open plan and upstairs. Personally I really liked this layout but for some it might be awkward. Great place for a single person or for an established couple. There is a pull out sleeper couch on the first floor. I can recommend this loft and would stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment for about two weeks. It is tastefully decorated and ideal for two people. Above all, she is really absolutely clean. The location is perfect to enjoy everything in Antibes and to be able to reach quickly. We had a very quick, friendly and helpful exchange with Thomas and Prescillia and can only recommend them as hosts. Your gastrotipps gave us right on the first evening a delicious start. If there is any hair in the soup, then it is occasionally the volume of the neighbors, which is transmitted to the apartment via the otherwise very beautiful beams. But no landlord can do that.

A studio in the shape of rarity in the Riviera coast and beaches of Antibes. There, Lady Ginette and his great Sebastien generously humanize a seafront almost adjoining thanks to this pied-à-terre studio carefully equipped for the off-season summer. The sheltered garden end also completes the comfortably efficient interior for summer periods to come back to practice. I had a lovely one night stay at Brigitte’s place. Her home was sparkling clean and stylishly decorated. The bed was really comfortable and having a bathroom for my private use was convenient. Brigitte was lovely and friendly, and so helpful with local tips! Unfortunately I don’t speak French at all but we were still able to communicate, sometimes with the help of Google Translate. Her dogs were SO cute! I found a parking spot on the street about a block and a half away which was free overnight til 9am. I would stay here again.

This is very calm and quiet place! Cozy and comfortable! There is a mini-kitchen and different cooking facilities, a coffee-machine supplied with coffee, tea, and some other stuff useful at breakfast or cooking. Besides, the shower was great (a lot of hot water and some shower accessories). And it was so nice indeed to sit outside in front of the room and enjoyed the pleasant environment! We spend here 3 days and felt ourselves like at home! The place is easy reachable by car, which can be parked inside the private year closed by an automatic gate. We are really thankful to Laurence and her husband for friendliness and hospitality! And it was so nice to find some sweet welcoming presents at our arrival! We recommend with no doubt!

Everything was perfect, the apartment is exactly like on the pictures, it is close to the highway (you can hear it outside, but not inside the apartment). You have everything you need in the kitchen - overall really cute and a friendly atmosphere! We love to comeback one day. Highly recommended!

We chose Laurence's home for our last night of vacation and we were delighted to make this choice. A very warm welcome, a studio decorated with taste and very clean. A very friendly host who has put touches of attention. The bedding is also of high quality, we slept very well. We are not long staying to our regret. We will return!!

If you ever need a place to stay and want to station yourself between Biot and Antibes with access also to Cannes, Grasse and Mougins just to name a few, Laurence’s place is as good as it gets. She is kind and radiates warmth and her studio is situated on a large property in the idyllic French countryside. The perfect home away from home with a view. Resident puppy Edgy gives this Airbnb an extra star on top of her already 5 star rating. We will miss them dearly. Till we see each other again.

An exceptional apartment, with a breathtaking view. Even while showering you have a view of the sea, it is magnificent. The terrace is perfect, the apartment is very well furnished, the decoration is tastefully done. The bed is comfortable afterwards so don't be too big, but for us it was not a problem. I recommend this apartment, even if parking is difficult but in non-summer periods we find by dint of turning and moreover it's free on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (except private car parks). The location is ideal at the ramparts bordered by stone, the market, the old town, the beach, restaurants, bars ... are 2 steps away, it's really nice for a vacation or a weekend . We will surely come back, because everything was perfect !!!

Super week end spent in this cozy apartment. No unpleasant surprise, everything was perfect. Stepan is an attentive and always available host. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area perfectly connected with bus stops at 3 min walk and the stations of Antibes or Biot at 15 min walk. Beach, bakery, primeur, butcher, laundry and crossroads market are all as close.

Cyril met us at the gates and even helped us park our car on a street parking. His house is located just 10 mins walk from old town. He has a great balcony and a sea view too. It was a bit small with the sofa bed but except that it was great.

Cyril's apartment is wonderfully placed, close to the sea, shops and restaurants. The apartment is really well equipped, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and finally Cyril and his dad are very dedicated people, a rental that I recommend.

Cyril's place was even nicer than the pictures showed. It is a small space, but the cabinets and furniture are well used--nice & modern appliances. The outdoor area really opens up the apartment. There was a huge storm my one night in Antibes and I still loved the experience, seeing waves crashing into Cap D'Antibes. Cyril had great communication and check in was easy!

Studio apartment centrally located with spacious balcony and view. This apt had all the necessary amenities. Checkin was smooth and we were able to get parking right opposite the apartment for a small price. Many thanks to Cyril's mom who helped with finding parking and getting us in the apt.

Carine’s studio is a jewel in the crown of the Côte d’Azur, perfectly appointed, all the facilities you’ll need. Just yards from the sea and the Provençal market, you can walk through the streets like a tourist then step inside like a resident. You’ll love it!

Impeccable services and the apartment very well located in the city center.

Studio very well located in the center of the old town of Antibes near all shops and the typical Provencal market. The accommodation is on the ground floor, but the street was quiet when we passed there. The layout is comfortable for a stay for two and the new bedding set up a few days before our arrival is very good.

Arnaud was quick with replies and provided very helpful service as a host, apartment came with multiple extras such as full kitchenware and stocked bathroom.

Everything went very well for me. Thanks to Arnaud for his responsiveness and his advice.

Everything was perfect. Location 10/10 Hospitality 10/10 Apartament was clean and well equipted. Arnaud always answers in few minutes. I needed to change dates of my stay and he did it without any problem. Apartament is in center, close to everything. I would recomend it to everybody!

Great compact studio in a very central part of Antibes. Communication with Prescillia was great, she was very easy with latter check-in and kindly accommodated our late check-out. Flat is located around the corner from the supermarket, which is very convenient and about 10 minutes walk from the Antibes train station. Great value for money!

Small but very well arranged, decorated and equipped; all clean. Close to Old Antibes, and 10 minutes from free parking.

Nice and cozy apartment in the immediate vicinity of the old town. A supermarket is directly opposite, restaurants, harbor and beach are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable.

Maid's place is convenient and easy to find. She was kind to receive us personally and very patiencewith us. Her apartment is well equipped with all the necessities.

Ellen's studio is perfect for a romantic getaway in Antibes. Ideally located in the center in a quiet and green location, very close to the sea and the ramparts. The decoration is warm and very cozy. It feels wonderful. Ellen is very attentive to our well-being and offers a personalized and warm welcome. We only want to go back to his charming studio. Favorite address!

Beautiful 'mews-like' location, very attentive and thoughtful host and any amenities I could have thought of.

The location is excellent, walking distance from the train station, close to everything. The apartment is very comfortable, all appliances work very well. There is a rack to put the suitcase! While there is not much natural light, the apartment is well lit. Ellen is one of the best hosts we have had so far.

My husband and I had a memorable time in the Riviera and it started out with a perfect place to stay in the heart of it all! The design and location of this studio were ideal and fun for the 3 days we were there. Ellen’s place is in the middle of literally anything and everything you need, want or desire. Food? Sure. Beach? Yes. Clothing, yep. Gifts? Yes to no end. The best part? Our wonderful host Ellen. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful south of France ! Accommodation is well equipped and perfect for a couple . Some noise outside at night but once windows are closed all quiet ! We really enjoyed staying at Anthony’s apartment. The location is great, right in the middle of town and close to many shops and restaurants, plus the town beaches are a 2 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and there were basic items for us to use such as salt, oil, toilet roll etc. We had an issue with the TV and no channels could be found - particularly frustrating as it rained for two days. Anthony answered all of our questions and queries very quickly. I’d say the apartment was very good value for money. Thank you for having us - we’ll be back soon!

They stayed in Anthony's apartment from 13 to 23 August. Family with daughter 9 years. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. In previously written reviews it was written that there is no air conditioner. For us it was a pleasant surprise for him to appear before our arrival. The location of the apartment is ideal: near a lot of cafes, restaurants, to the sandy beach 2 minutes walk, to the station 10-15 minutes. It is noisy, but as without this in the apartment in the heart of Antibes. Have never regretted the choice of this place to live, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you Anthony!

Incredibly charming apartment. The location is very central to the square in "old Antibes". Close to everything! Restaurants, shops, beach! We can highly recommend this apartment.

This is a lovely, stylish, modern flat which overlooks the Place Nacional in the old quarterfinal Antibes and has its own small balcony overlooking the square. It is very central and in easy walking distance of the covered market, the best patisserie , the Picasso Museum and the beach. The flat is comfortable with a good kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and main seating area. There are clear, helpful instructions for things in the flat as well as guide books and Peter responded quickly to any queries. I would warmly recommend this flat for a stay in Antibes.

Peter’s place is lovely. It is located on a town square, with a great pizza place to the right and a fantastic patisserie to the left. The apartment had everything that we needed. Great bathroom (shower), kitchen, etc. We walked around town one day. Other days we drove to Nice, to Monaco, etc. from his place. Loved the harbor. The free parking was a bit of a walk, but it was along the harbor, so it went by quickly. Everything went well at Peter’s place. We highly recommend staying here.

Loved staying here and it was perfect for us. Watching the world go by on the balcony was an added bonus! The location is perfect to explore the Antibes and a short walk away from the train station so we visit Cannes and Monico too. Quick response time from Peter and he is very helpful. I would definitely come back again to stay here x

Everything as described, the house is clean and tastefully decorated. Very equipped and livable even in 4 (2 adults + 2 children). The location is excellent, very central and convenient with everything. Attention is a pedestrian zone that cannot be reached by car. Peter was very helpful and quick in responding.

Michelle’s place was just perfect for our stay. We loved that the location was a short walk from the train station, on the cusp of old town, yet still easy to Uber from. The home itself was so light, bright and inviting and we adored the balcony overlooking the town. Although it didn’t bother us at all, Pimms cafe can be a little noisy and may bother you if you are a light sleeper or want to go to bed early. Everything was sparkling clean and well cared for and Michelle was an exceptional host, personally welcoming us and quick to respond to any communication. I would whole heartedly recommend her place. Stay here!

Very functional apartment and with all the necessary equipment.Florence and Rodolphe are super responsive and attentive (Nespresso coffee capsules and bottle of fresh water at our disposal on our arrival). New apartment located in the heart of the old Antibes, near all the shops (market, shops and restaurants ...) and 10 minutes walk from the beach of Salis :-) .10 minutes from the station and 4 minutes from the stations bus if you want to go to the beautiful beach Garoupe. Florence and Rodolphe also allowed us to arrive earlier to enjoy our first day and I thank them! Very relaxing and pleasant stay we recommend :-)
