Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

Relax with the family in this peaceful accommodation, in beautiful Båtskärsnäs, near Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) with swimming and activities. Guests' pets are welcome. Upon pre-booking, we can offer access to a wood-fired hot tub outdoors and kayak rentals. From Båtskärsnäs, popular boat trips also go out into the archipelago and in the winter we have nice ice and ski trails. Snowshoes, sleds and snowshoes are available to borrow.

We, as the host family, live in the main building on the same plot and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the site.
