Bus just next door goes to town/Storheden. free parking is about 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Newly renovated one with kitchen area Kitchen island/bar table with 2 more chairs. Large double bed for 2 people A couch for the 3rd to make. Kitchen advice, microwave and kettle. Does not include bath towels so it takes the guest himself. Bed linen is available. Free panoramic view north over the sea gives very good opportunities to see the northern lights directly from the tree deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-burning stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or skiing on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next to it. It's an interior door between the apartments but it's blocked and well insulated so it's not that responsive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable property!

Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
