Free panoramic view north over the sea gives very good opportunities to see the northern lights directly from the tree deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-burning stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or skiing on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Cozy guest home in detached garage building. 500m to bus stop that takes you to downtown Luleå in 20 min. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby hospital and Sunderby railway station. The sauna barrel is available at the farm which at certain times can be used. The use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.

Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.

We, as the host family, live in the main building on the same plot and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the site.
