Großzügige Ferienwohnung, in traumhafter Lage in Simmerath- Dedenborn, direkt an der Rur gelegen. Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Tuesday to Sunday breakfast possible in our café/bistro. Sauna, Ebike hire
