Life as it used to be? FeWo Bo is a cozy, cozy 2-person apartment in Haus Luzi, an ancient half-timbered house, idyllic on the Rur and right in the middle of the picturesque old town of Monschau! Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km) et à 12 km du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. If you are looking for a little break, you are in the right place with us! After a hike or bike ride, a modern and comfortable wellness oasis awaits you. Total cocooning! Here you can vacation in its purest form. The Dutch tub offers some adventure for young and old (you have to heat it yourself with wood and watch the fire, perhaps with an aperitif? Overall, the heating process takes +-4 hours depending on the season! Please note: not possible in case of frost. Maximum 1 dog

Rur- Idylle II

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!

To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. Laminate flooring is installed in the living room and hallway, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment is to remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Note: The apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via stairs.

Enjoy your little break in a lovingly furnished apartment in Gemünd! Located directly at the national park gate, beautiful hikes (e.g. Eifelsteig, Wildnistrail) or enjoyable bike tours can be enjoyed from here. In summer, the nearby outdoor swimming pool offers the necessary refreshment. For everyday needs, there are various shopping facilities, all within walking distance. The INKA holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house. We live in the house ourselves and love to host. You enter the house through a shared main entrance. From there, the open, bright stairwell leads directly up to your holiday apartment. Don't worry about your privacy: the entire floor is reserved for you! The stairwell is just for access; you can enjoy the spacious floor upstairs all to yourself. Free parking.

The apartment has an area of approx. 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Upon request, children's bed and highchair can be made available. The terrace on the back is part of the apartment. There is a covered seating area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children can also play in the garden.
