2020/21, we completely renovated my grandparents' old farmhouse with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large holiday home. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts or recreational vacationers will now find their place to feel good. The accommodation is only partially suitable for children under 2 years of age. I would ask for a preliminary inquiry in this regard. You can park right in front of the door in the large courtyard.

The apartment is located on the second floor with a spacious terrace and views of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped. The separate bedroom with double bed (200 × 200 cm) is connected to the light-flooded living room with sofa bed (130 × 200 cm). The bathroom with walk-in shower and all other rooms are accessible.

In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

This spacious house (55m2) is extremely suitable for hikers, cyclists and families with kids. Right next to the house is the Eifel National Park, and a few minutes' drive away is the Rursee. This is one of the largest reservoirs in Germany and offers many water sports opportunities. From the balcony, you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel.
