Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Parking is included. Enjoy peace and space in this special green spot on the water, on the outskirts of downtown. All the comforts you need: air conditioning, free WiFi. A Nespresso machine for delicious coffee. The Vroesenpark is across the street, Diergaarde Blijdorp is a 10-minute walk away, as well as metro Blijdorp (800m). Close to the city center and access roads. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes that are ready for you.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.

The beach is a 15-minute drive away. Besides being a very nice, quiet place where you can retreat, there is also a space to organize lectures/workshops/ceremonies. Welcome to my authentic house from 1850, located in the old town of Maasland. Close by: beautiful forests, meadows, hiking/biking trails, farm shops, petting zoo, playground and pancake house. In Maassluis, you will find many restaurants and stores. The supermarket is a 100 m walk away. 25 minutes from Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague and the beach, with good public transport connections nearby.

Cozy, secure, and romantic. This retro little trailer is located in the middle of a flower meadow and can accommodate up to 2 people. The sofa and table are converted into a cozy, small double bed. In the woodshed, you can sit and read a book, use the kettle, running water and toilet. There is no electricity or water in the caravan. This is really just for sleeping.
