Only a 9-10 minute walk from Villefranche Sur Mer's old town, you will find this luxurious penthouse apartment in a very well-kept residence. The entire apartment was renovated to a very high standard in 2015. The job was done by an interior designer. The terraces with a total area of 36 m2 have lovely panoramic views of the bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and towards Beaulieu Sur Mer. Good sun conditions with sun from morning to evening. All rooms have their own terraces. The apartment has several parking spaces.
