Dreamy Loft by the Opera Theater

Uncover a sparkling gem where every piece of furniture showcases artisan work through Afghani tapestries, Aleppo's carpets, and batiks from Java. I was for a long time a war correspondent and, in my journeys, I always made a point of bringing back a book, a carpet, a stone, a painting, a fragment of memory so that the world may live in my Roman home. The flat is available for brief stays but also for longer periods. Being less than a block away from the Opera Theatre, it could be the perfect base for singers and musicians. Giuseppe stayed here and this is what he had to say: "The flat is in a quiet street, off Monti. When you enter, it's all very charming. It's not a regular "B&B" experience, it's the flat of a woman who travels a lot for work. The result is very stylish and warm and full of wonderful details. We stayed here for ten days and we really felt at home." The entire 70 square meters loft is at your disposal. The loft has two areas, the living area and the sleeping area. The property is located within walking distance of both the main train station, Termini, and the splendor of the Colosseum. Were you not inclined to walk, the loft is located between the two main metro lines - A and B - that take you to most of the sightseeing. There is plenty of silence and light. The light is important, I believe and the silence as well. The loft is on the 6th floor, with the elevator. The property is located within walking distance of both the main train station, Termini, and the splendor of the Colosseum. Brand new apartment-Loft in the heart of the city, ground floor with independent entrance. Bright, on a quiet street in the city. Most of the historical monuments are within walking distance: Pantheon (8 min), Trastevere (3 min), Trevi Fountain (11 min), Campidoglio (11 min), Campo de' Fiori (6 min), Piazza Venezia (12 min), Piazza Navona (8 min). Located in via Margutta, the street of artists and antique dealers, in the heart of the most exclusive area in Rome. This small loft offers glamour, silence, greenery and a very central location in a 16th century building. The interior of the building was the movie set for "Roman Holiday", the cult film starring Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck. ”Antiqua Suite” is absolutely a lovely cozy flat inside an ancient and historical building, perfect for your stay in Rome as it's located just few steps by walk to the great Colosseum and Roman Forum. the building, housing this unique loft for 2 persons, dates back to 1926 and was rebuilt in 2009, the apartment in 2019. Refurbished completely with all modern comfort. Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground.
