A Casa di Giorgia is an elegant Art Nouveau loft in a historic Roman building, full of original details and atmosphere. Three balconies make the rooms bright and airy; yellow coffered ceilings, period windows and parquet floors preserve the charm of the house. The loft offers a double bedroom and a living room with a French-style sofa bed. In the Trieste district, near Coppedè and Villa Torlonia, it is well connected by Metro B Annibaliano and buses going directly to Termini, the historic centre and Villa Borghese.

The Loft is located in the heart of Ferrara, in one of the most charming streets of the historic center. A warm, welcoming and well-kept environment. The house has a separate entrance and is all on one floor. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, large living room and bedroom. It has a private inner courtyard at your complete disposal. Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Trotula Seaview Charming Julius Studio Salerno

Julius is an open space of historical-artistic importance renovated and restored to protect and enhance the original ambience. The privileged and dominant position, close to the main attractions of the Old Town, allows you to admire the Amalfi Coast and the sea from the wide windows. The space with a double bed is perfect for a couple vacation in the City or for 3 (sofa bed). If connected with Olympia Apt could accomodate 6 people. There is also a depandance where other two guest could stay.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Two double beds made from the sofa bed in the living area and a third double bed in the loft. Outside, there is a garden, patio, BBQ, and pool for exclusive use. The sauna is perfect after a day exploring the area. It's a house to be experienced: breakfast in the garden, a dip in the pool, an outdoor dinner, or just a few hours of tranquility.

The living area with a large and bright living room overlooks the roofs of Parma with an exclusive terrace. This is complemented by a wonderful custom-designed kitchen. Modern double bedroom with wardrobe adjacent to the bathroom with Jacuzzi bath to relax after a cold winter day.
