The house has an independent entrance and is all on one floor. It consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, a large living room, and a bedroom. It has a private internal courtyard at your disposal. An artistic studio transformed into a unique space where Estoria blends in harmony with the present. Ideal for experiencing the romantic atmosphere of Ferrara.

Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

The sauna is perfect after a day exploring the area. It's a house to be experienced: breakfast in the garden, a dip in the pool, an outdoor dinner, or just a few hours of tranquility.

Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. You'll find: hairdryer, washer, dishwasher, wi-fi, micro-wave, air-conditioning, private secured car-parking for 1 car
