Beautiful apartment with private jacuzzi and sauna in Viuz-en-Sallaz. Let yourself be seduced by the authentic charm of this renovated old farmhouse! Enjoy the spa adjoining your suite from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm. Independent entrance and private parking. Garage closed on request for motorcycles, bicycles and trailers. Ideally located between Geneva (35 minutes from the airport), Annecy and Chamonix, the cottage is only 30 minutes from the Les Gets resort. The Les Brasses station is 10 minutes away.

This is a true gem.122yrs old Grenier Les Bouts is a free standing stone building for a couple.Closest chairlift is 7mins drive, 10mins drive to Morzine & 1hr15mins to Geneva. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Pleasant 25 m2 single-story studio in an old farmhouse typical of the valley. Views of the Mont Blanc range. In a quiet area a short walk to Chamonix. A parking space (uncovered) is available. The entrance to the studio is through a private courtyard. Located a 3-minute walk to the bus station (no need to use your car) free shuttles throughout the valley. 5 minutes from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 10 minutes from the city center and its shops.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
