Cinque Terre Escape – House with Balcony

The house, with a terrace, is independent and spread over three floors, offering a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding hills. It is located in a typical Ligurian alley, central yet quiet, despite being right in the heart of town, just a few meters from the main street and close to the sea. The property is easily reachable from the train station (8-minute walk), the ferry dock, and public parking. Traditional restaurants and bars are located nearby. The village is pedestrian-only.

The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the family apartment! Portofino is 1 hour away , Portovenere and the other five lands can be reached by ferry , whose stop is just minutes from the apartment.

Recently renovated, the apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed and adjoining kitchen area equipped with every comfort. A wonderful balcony with access from the living room and bathroom, where you can enjoy romantic aperitifs with breathtaking sunsets. The sofa bed for the second person must be requested in advance of arrival. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO BRING BICYCLES OR TO STAY INSIDE THE STRUCTURE/APARTMENT.

The "Garden" apartment is a small gem designed to accommodate a couple in a quiet and comfortable environment. It is just a minute from the sea and the center. The room faces west, offering spectacular views of the 5 Terre sea and picturesque sunsets. The level of comfort and safety is completed by a refined outdoor space (patio), bed with body-memory mattress, induction kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, security door and safe.

Marina's House

Marina's House will let you live an amazing experience in the heart of Cinque Terre thanks to its wonderful location closed to the little port of Riomaggiore. The typical little terrace is just in front of the sea bringing you true sea's colours and flavours. The location is closed to restaurants of the little port and shops of the centre, as well as the docking boats and the train station.

The rooms, located on the second floor of an 18th-century house, with an independent entrance, offer a wonderful view. We provide: a safe in each room, TV, mosquito nets and awning, tea and coffee corner and relaxation corner in the garden below the house.
