The apartment on the ground floor is part of a detached house which we live in as a family, but is completely separated with its own entrance. It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/ bathtub/washing machine/dryer, as well as the kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. Own free PP directly at the house + charging option for e-cars.

Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Apartment in a wonderful location & great mountain views

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for hiking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful bathing lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural events. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached, and undisturbed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (within the village) into the Lech Valley. Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.
