Experience real Tyrolean flair in our farmhouse, which is over 100 years old. You can look forward to 4 comfortable bedrooms (3 of them with their own washbasin), a rustic living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a garden with a terrace and barbecue. In summer, our alpacas often graze right next to the garden. Sleeps 8 people. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are allowed by arrangement. Plus local tax payable locally (see details below).

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The exclusive apartment is furnished in modern-alpine style. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a living-dining area. High ceilings, wellness bath with private sauna. NO pets allowed. No extra costs: Linen, towels and bathrobe are included for use during the stay

Bergjuwel - Farm stay vacation

The mountain jewel in Nassereith is located 6km from the Fernpass and offers a family and dog-friendly atmosphere. The large terrace shows an breathtaking view over the Gurgltal. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with flat screen/satellite TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet/washer /dryer. There is an extra sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. A Swedish stove for cozy cuddly barns will be at your disposal.

The property enjoys peaceful surroundings and is just a 3-minute from the Sonnenalmbahn Ski Lift. The Tiroler Zugspitzbahn cable car station is a 20-minute drive away, and the castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The highline 179 Pedestrian Suspension Bridge is a 10-minute drive away.

Authentic wooden house

The house was built in 1928 by my great-grandparents. As a professor at the Academy of Arts, he went to the house with students to devote himself intensively to art. Much of the furniture dates from this period and reflects authenticity. It is a wonderful hut with a lot of atmosphere and not a modern chalet. The house is made entirely of wood. There you can experience the feeling of "back to the roots" to the fullest and come to peace.

Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. Covered patio and large balcony. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf etc. in 15, ski resorts in approx. 25 minutes by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.
