My apartment is located above the cozy Deliplein on Katendrecht with lots of restaurants and has a great view. Hotel New York is right across the street, all around you will find really good and special restaurants and terraces; in short, the nicest part of Rotterdam. You have the apartment completely to yourself. It has a luxurious large bathroom and a brand new luxury kitchen and the view is great when it is dark.
