From the terrace, you can run straight into the water. A delicious BBQ and hot tub + sauna are waiting for you. The recently renovated house, with 3 bedrooms, has a new bathroom and toilet. There is a young kitchen with dishwasher and combi oven. You can park your car at the house, and your bikes can be stored in the storage room of the house.

It has 2 bedrooms, dressing room, bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, spacious outdoor terrace, lawn and parking on the private plot. There is also a Smart TV and WiFi. Sunclass Sonnevijver is located on the outskirts of the nature reserve “Vallei van de Ziepbeek”, 10 minutes from Maastricht.

The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

You will be staying in a former forge from + -1870 in a beautiful, historical and very quiet area. This "Smidse" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious home. Extremely suitable as a base for various natural or sporting excursions, or as your "home away from home" when you temporarily need a 2nd home. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited presbytery. Wonderfully quiet!

The farm is located on a large plot with a lot of (play) garden and meadow.
